The video was creative, and you guys understood the experiment well. In all honesty, however, the audio was so rushed that its speed was all I could focus on. Less information is better than an impossible quantity of information. Good scientific understanding, though

  2. Hoey Maeve says:

Very creative approach to how the video was put together! I liked how the group members were actually viewed in the video as opposed to just speaking over it. I agree with others that the video may have been sped up a little to much though, which could potentially be fixed by simply going in to less detail on some topics. Other than that, great work!

  3. Tordoya Henckell says:

The audio was a bit too fast to understand without the subtitles, but you presented the information in a very creative and interesting way. Great job overall!

  4. Oliver Greta says:

I really enjoyed the style of this video and the drawn animations are great. It was hard to understand since all the audio was very fast.

  5. Stratton Lauren says:

I liked the idea of having people exercising because of the topic of the video, but it made it kind of boring and hard to hear and understand at times. I really liked the animation later in the video, though, and I thought that worked really well!

  6. Mihalko Robert says:

The gym atmosphere is engaging but slightly distracting, leading to a lower audience understanding of the paper. The rapid talking also did not help engage the audience; I found that it was hard to hear and comprehend some of what was said due to the rapid talking.

  7. Karius Alexander says:

I appreciated the amount and quantity of information presented, as well as the creative formats used to convey the information. However, I do also think that the audio quality was subpar and that the lines were often rushed. I do not think this detracts from the video all that much though, and so overall I really enjoyed the video.

  9. smortley3 says:

This video was very creative and interesting to watch! While the information was presented succinctly and clearly, I found it difficult to hear what was said without subtitles because the speed of the video was very fast.

  10. Cho Ha says:

This video is so creative and engaging! Some parts were hard to understand, but the information that was presented was great. I liked how you guys formatted the video, and the animation at the end was so awesome. Overall, I thought you guys did a great job.

  11. Mahajan Divya says:

The narration is extremely fast. However, the concept of using a different environment is innovation.

  12. McGlothin Molly says:

The presenters were talking was rushed so it was hard to concentrate. I had to read the captions to follow. The actual information was informative and creative techniques used.

  13. Green Madison says:

This video had great visuals and it looked like some real effort was put into it. I thought the video went by a little quick but I still got a lot of information out of it.

  14. Goggans Griffin says:

The audio is unclear and too fast to understand at times. This took a lot away from your ability to effectively communicate your experiment. I do like the setting of your video footage because it pertains to your experiment topic.

  15. Stawara Lilla says:

The concept of the video was very creative, but it was very obvious that the audio was sped up. I know you were trying to keep the video under 5 minutes, but it took away from the overall understanding of the video. Overall, I still understood what you were talking about and it was a good presentation.

  16. Muthuchamy Tarun says:

I really liked the video because not only was it informative, but also inspirational. I felt like I learned a lot. It was great that y’all did a mix of live-action, and talking over slides when filming. However, since the audio is sped up, understanding y’all is pretty hard so closed captions are definitely necessary.

  17. Marcos Schwaycer says:

Great job! The video was very engaging with great visuals. I didn’t like that you sped up the audio because it made it very difficult for a non-native English speaker to understand. Other than that, nicely done. Thanks for sharing!

  18. Warner Chase says:

The style of the video makes it quite interesting, but because the audio is sped up past normal human speaking, it is distracting and makes the information difficult to process. I like the initial inclusion of a section that connects the information to basic concepts of biology.

  19. Quintas Gabriel says:

Overall, the video was informative and interesting. However, there is room for improvement in the pacing of the video and in the audio speed that makes it difficult to process.

  20. Sommer Elias says:

I’m looking forward to the start of clinical trials. The subtitles were very helpful, considering the fast speech.

  21. Forsmo James says:

The speed of the video at the beginning is way too quick, and the music is somewhat distracting and loud. Otherwise, the content of the spoken parts is accurate and interesting. The audio improves towards the middle, but when you show the visual animation, the audio quality becomes almost incomprehensible. However, the visual component is engaging and interesting. Other than the audio-quality and pacing issues, the video was good.

Consider recording your video in landscape orientation rather than portrait, so that you don’t get those black boxes on the sides of your video.

  22. Jenkins Alexandria says:

The video was very creative, but it was hard to follow due to the sketchy audio. Parts of it were not unclear, and it was difficult to understand the audio when it was sped up to fit within the time constraints of this project. Overall the video was very creative and did a good job of presenting the information.

  23. Irondi Ogechi says:

I really appreciate the title. The title is very attention grabbing. The video sells the rest. Presenting the information did not seem to be difficult with this group and I was able to closely follow what was being taught. Nice!

  24. Voravong Katlyn says:

This video was very fast-paced. It felt like I was watching it on 1.25x speed. I really liked the theme of the video though, it was entertaining and pertained to the topic.

  25. Ortega Michelle says:

You guys did a really good job with entertaining an audience, but I feel as though I struggled to understand what was even going on because of how fast it was. I do know that obviously it related to burning fat, so working out and talking from a treadmill was a great touch to your topic. Good job.

  26. Reymond Brian says:

I really liked how the group filmed the video in the gym. Very creative and made the video interesting. However the speed of the video seems a bit sped up. Made the video hard to understand.

  27. Turner Emma says:

the audio was very fast which took away from the effectiveness of the video but other then that the visual aspect were nice and the information was good just presented too fast

  28. Phillips Matthew says:

The video had a lot of information ,and I enjoyed getting to see the speakers involved in the visuals ,and I also liked the visuals that detailed the experiment, The flaws of this video were that sometimes the speaker spoke too fast (though your group had a lot of information to tell) and voice-over was occasionally hard to understand. Overall, it seems like your group put a lot of hard work into the video ,and it was well done.

  29. Wah Katie says:

This was one of the first videos where the title of it caught my attention. I didnt feel that I was watching the video because I had to, but rather, because I wanted to. And I ultimately loved the video. It was very evident that the audio of it was sped up (probably in attempt to make sure the video fit into the allowed 5 minute time limit), and i have to admit, that that definitely took away from the effectiveness of it. But overall, I thought the video was engaging and interesting and I really enjoyed watching it. Despite the audio quality, I think that the video was presented in a way that really allowed me to understand the information that it was giving off

  30. Rajchel Milosz says:

This is actually the best video I’ve seen. The information was very complete and interesting. I can tell you put in a lot of effort. The delivery and the changes in scenery were really engaging. Some people might say you’re going too fast, but I think it’s perfect. 11/10

  31. Sewall Christian says:

The visuals on this video were stunning. The effort on this video as a whole was very apparent. The title was also good, actually drawing me in to watch it instead some boring “science” title

  32. Svitak Ethan says:

The audio really detracts from an otherwise high quality video. The title was really interesting.

  33. Diaz Noah says:

Creative way to format a video! I also like this topic. It excites me to know I can eat poorly and wont have to worry about my weight!

  34. Chen Morissa says:

You delivered the infomration in various different methods which definitely helped stay engaged. Although the speed of the video was a little fast, you presented the information in an intriguing way such that it was not too hard to follow.

  35. Polik Hayriye says:

I really liked the video because you used different ways to portray the information. The speed of the narration is too fast but the captions definitely helped.

  36. Park Cassie says:

I really liked how you incorporated different environments and real life examples into the video. It engaged me more than basic graphs and charts the whole time. Additionally, the figures you drew were relevant and visually pleasing as well. However, the speakers were sped up a little too much for clear understanding by the listener.

  37. Popovici David says:

Good usage of campus resources with the treadmills, haha! I imagine it being pretty difficult to speak without falling over. I liked it!
