  1. Liya says:

really nice illustration and very nice explanation of the event itself- it gives a good understanding for the research. you explain why the research is important – very nice

  2. Rahul says:

You covered the content of the experiment and the connections to the modules well. The illustrations were also very detailed and original. I just wish there was a little more color.

  3. Harsh says:

I really liked the drawings as they connected very well to the content. One thing you could have added was some dynamic stiles rather just the static flow. Overall, good job!

  4. Ariel says:

I like how you go back, discussing the research/event in detail, starting with evolution and moving forward. This helps the viewer understand the study. Also, very nice conclusion.

  5. Jazmin says:

Very good job at incorporating the “big picture.” The figures went really well with the content. Great job.

  6. Dezarae says:

The conclusion was great at bringing everything together. The video’s graphics were very cute

  7. Harrison says:

Love the drawings and the explanation was nice and slow so i could follow. These videos tend to be difficult to follow but this one is very easy and its one of my favorites now.

  8. Suma says:

The video did a great job keeping the information connected and understandable. The video would have been more engaging if maybe there was some color!

  9. Malek says:

Illustration work really well with the information. Really enjoyed this video.

  10. Nicole says:

A lot of connections to what we’ve learned in class, which was really well done. The visuals used were all done really well, but they were all done in black and white; some color would’ve been nice.

  11. Alyssa says:

Great job having appropriate and creative visuals to correspond to the script. I was able to get a good amount of information in an interesting and engaging way.

  12. Maria says:

Good video but could’ve been more engaging by using color in the drawings. Voice was monotone and could’ve been done better.

  13. Jesse says:

Great visuals and and transitions. Made everything really easy to follow throughout the video.

  14. Devan says:

This was a video that I certainly enjoyed. The delivery of information was very effective and that is what made this video great. The information was easy to understand so it was a very effective video. The speed of talking was rather slow at one point which was probably to extend the length. However, I must say, the drawing of a SEA BIRD is uncanny. 10/10 video.

  15. John says:

The visuals and vocal performance were both fairly engaging, though I would recommend increasing the dynamic range of the vocal performance. The information was made easy to digest.

  16. Heyward says:

Very understandable and informative video. I liked that you didn’t get bogged down in complex scientific names and all that, and just explained the interactions going on.

  17. Emily says:

The video did a good job of explaining the important aspects of this article. The visuals allowed for better understanding as well.

  18. Maya says:

Very clear and concise information. It’s evident a lot of work was put into the animation and the flow of the video.

  19. Eric says:

The format of the video was nice and made it easy to follow. The information was also very clearly narrated and I was able to understand what was happening throughout. Bonus points for making my ears bleed and making me laugh from SEA BIRDS

  20. Chloe says:

Drawings were well done and cute, but handwriting was difficult to read. Pace of the video itself was good, and explanations were easy to follow.

  21. Robert says:

No idea why, but the Sea Bird part made me laugh. Overall this was really easy to understand.

  22. Sarah says:

Some of the handwritten graphics were difficult to read, but the information spoken was very clear and understandable!

  23. Delfina says:

Very nice drawings! The video did a great job of both summarizing the article content and tying it back to topics learn in class, however, the audio quality was a bit inconsistent.

  24. Ankita says:

I loved your illustrations and your ending where everything was tied together. Great job!

  25. Sydney says:

Very cute drawings! They made the video easy to follow and entertaining. I would have liked to see a little more data used just to understand the topic better.

  26. Sidney says:

Great video! the vocals could have been better, but the information was interesting.

  27. Anna says:

This video did a very good job of explaining the significance of the research as well as the connection to the modules. A video element rather than just photos would have added to the aesthetic of it, but I liked the drawings.

  28. Christapher says:

Good video and great visual representations.

  29. Michael says:

I thought your visuals were good and the audio was very clear. I would have liked to see a better connection to how the study is important besides showing how fragile ecosystems are. Maybe discussing how removing other nonnative species can have positive impacts for an ecosystem. Overall, good video.

  30. Divjot says:

The video is very informative and the visuals are helpful! Great job!

  31. Adam says:

Awesome video, very easy to follow. The figures were helpful, however could have included more data.

  32. Gabriel says:

Drawings are basic but helpful, easy to understand. Very informative and clear. Great video!

  33. Samantha says:

It’s really good that you had the citations on the slides. A lot of professional scientific presentations are given in the format. And the drawing were great for me as a visual learner

  34. Luke says:

I really enjoyed the original illustrations, and I found the explanations to be very straight-forward and clear. Good job!
