You talk extremely rapidly at times, making it difficult to understand. However, the visuals help with comprehension.

  2. Ellen says:

I like your choice of visuals but you tend to talk quite fast and it was difficult to keep up with what was going on.

  3. Emma says:

Making the graphs as you explained the data was a great technique at making the findings easier to understand.

  4. Nicole says:

I appreciated that you had the script on the screen so that I could easily follow along with what you were saying!

  5. Amanda says:

Reading was a bit fast at times, but the visual aspect of this video was great!

  6. Soham says:

Definitely great visuals, but the reading seemed a tad bit too fast. Otherwise, great job!

  7. Hannah says:

Great idea to use the online art program. The visuals were great, but it would have been nice if the subtitles were in smaller chunks throughout so some of the drawings weren’t covered up. It also would have been nice to have more than one picture for the conclusion. Great job!

  8. Victoria says:

The visuals and audio was really good! It’s crazy that this is just the beginning of understanding they’re biological record.

  9. Amanda says:

I liked all the computer drawings, great idea!

  10. Ian says:

I like the script on the screen so that I can follow along. At times you were speaking a little fast, but the script helped me keep up since I could pause the video.

  11. Sean says:

enjoyed the drawing, but audio was a little too quick (makes it hard to take in all the info being thrown at you)

  12. Woohyun says:

I liked the time lapse of the drawings. But it also feels like there was an onslaught of information that was dumped on the viewer without any time to process it.

  13. Kevin says:

I think the contrast in the drawings/visuals and speaker made it really enjoyable because of the more serious tone versus the humorous drawings. The video was informative and had a lot of interesting things about speciation and diversity.

  14. Lindsay says:

The time-lapse drawings were a great addition to the video! The visuals allowed me to following along because the speaking was a bit fast-paced.

  15. Yifan says:

Yall explained the rocks and clocks concept really well. Was the video a screen recording?

  16. Arfa says:

The words on the screen were helpful but also blocked the visuals at times. The functions used in the program was also a bit distracting. You connected the topic back to the class nicely!

  17. Riley says:

The video was really good in general. My only comment is that the script at the bottom blocks part of the video at times.

The computer drawings are really cool. The narrator talks kind of fast but I understand there is a lot of information to be delivered in a short time.

The words on the screen were overwhelming. Overall, good job on explaining hard concepts using visuals!

  21. Kaitlyn says:

I really enjoyed your video. I wish there was less overlap so that the visuals were clearer. I think if you cleaned it up a bit, slowed down your speech and drew smaller on certain parts it would be even better.

The use of the computer for the visuals was smart since it made everything super clear and professional.

  26. Ashmita says:

I wish we made the script slower.

  27. Chloe says:

I liked the computer drawings, it made the graphs very clean and easy to read. The dialogue was very fast and the large paragraphs at the bottom made it a little distracting. Very interesting information though!

  28. Jordyn says:

I really enjoyed the time lapse done for the drawings done on the computer, very fun to watch and unique! I also liked how the script was on the bottom of the screen so that we could follow along ourselves. Great job and very informative!

  29. Lauren says:

I liked the connections to what we learn in class, however I was a little overwhelmed with all of the drawing and fast dialogue. The script subtitles were helpful in understanding the points.

  30. Elizabeth says:

I think you guys did a great job analyzing the article but I wasn’t crazy about the video style

  31. Confidential says:

Graphics were very clean and you jumped right into it! I would have prefered a little more prefacing and a different presentation style but you hit all the info and I understood it easily even though you moved fast.

  32. Youngjoon says:

Great informative video. However, the quick changes in the background sometimes made it hard to concentrate on what was being said.

  33. Joy says:

The narration was a little too fast for me to comprehend at times. I had to pause the video to recollect what was said and how it directly correlated to the ideas that may have be mentioned within your article. The visuals were done very well.

  34. Mirali says:

The subtitles covered parts of the visuals but overall I like the way the visuals were presented in regards to the information.

the idea of drawing the graphics on the computer was really good, but sometimes it was a little hard to catch up because the video was fast

The voice over is really fast, but the information is still delivered properly, and it was easy to catch up.

  42. Sreedhanya says:

The information was very thorough, and I personally like the fast-paced delivery of information.

  43. Joseph says:

The voiceover seemed a bit rushed. However, good job to the individual who was able to draw all the illustrations to match the audio. It really emphasized the points and made the video more comprehensible.

  44. Jalen says:

Overall, the video was super informative and thorough. It may have lacked in the entertaining department, but I felt that I ended the video with a decent understanding.

  45. William says:

The narrator was speaking quite fast, but the video had the script on screen so not too much of an issue. The video was also very informative.

  46. Maxwell says:

Well spoken but seems a bit too rushed.

  47. Carlos says:

The computer program used was interesting and an innovative choice of medium. The talking speed was way too fast, however, the subtitles allowed me to follow along.

  48. Mark says:

It was a good video, but was a bit disengaging. I think if it was slowed down it would have been much better. Despite this, it still very informative.

  49. Cassidy-Arielle says:

The voices in this video were a bit monotonic, so I read the subtitles to stay more engaged. The visuals in the video were great!

  50. Cayla Marie says:

There was a lot going on on the screen, especially when the subtitles were very long and covered a lot of the pictures/screen space. It would be nice to split up the subtitles in some parts. The idea to do the visual was very creative though.
